How can I add Arabic language?

I have already formatted my computer with Windows XP SP2, but when I added Microsoft Office, there was no Arabic Language. How can I add it?

Try to install additional languages for your keyboard from the Region and language > Keyboard languages > Change Keyboards. Click Add then select Arabic and you will have the possibility to write using Arabic characters.
