My Philips SA2CAM08K Cam doesn't work properly.

I purchased Philips SA2CAM08K Cam 8GB device and it worked properly for a while. One day, I put it to charge on a PC and when I disconnected it, all files and folders were deleted and it no longer worked properly. When I checked the memory, the internal one was 0 KB and the used space was also 0. Can you help?

In order to fix your Philips SA2CAM08K Cam 8GB player, I suggest you upgrade its firmware. Connect the device to your PC, download the file provided by Philips and install it following the self-explaining instructions. If the problem is not solved, open the Philips Songbird software, select Tools and click Repair my Philips Device. Select your MP3 Player model, click Continue and follow the provided steps. This operation will erase all your data and will restore the device to its factory settings. For further solutions, you can contact the Support Department.
