Changing the item's “Appetizer” status.

AccuPOS allows the configuration of appetizer items being set apart from the entrée items when printing to a kitchen. Sometimes, though, a customer may want an appetizer-type item as an entrée instead. This too can be edited in AccuPOS. However, this is not working for me. Can someone help? It still puts all the Appetizers on top and the entries at the bottom.

The AccuPOS developers created an instructional video to help users achieve exactly what you want. I recommend accessing the official page with the video. I have watched it and it explains exactly how to work with the program to change an appetizer into an entree. You also have the possibility to check other instructional videos as well. Simply click on Next or Previous video to load it up.
