Changing an item to 'Appetizers' Status.

Question

AccuPOS allows the configuring of appetizer items being set apart from the "entrée" items when printing to a kitchen. Sometimes, though, a customer may want an appetizer-type item as an "entrée" instead. This is not working for me, what am I doing wrong?

If you check the official website, you will see that there is a tutorial video that explains the correct process on handling the appetizer status. I have watched the video and the person who explains provides all the necessary instructions to finish the operation without errors.
