What are the required steps to print a cleaning page? I can't find this option.

Please visit HP Support and read the information presented on the step four. Basically, go to Printers or Hardware and Sound and right click your printer. Select Properties > Configure > Cleaning page. Click Start and your printer will print a cleaning page.
