How can I make a video call with Mobile Partner?

Close the application, go to Mobile Partner Installation folder and open the SysSetting.xml file in Notepad. Modify the callvideo from 0 to 1 and save the file. Open the Mobile Partner and go to Tools > Options > Video Call. Choose the correct webcam, set the desired settings, dial up the number and press the Video Call button.
