I can't start MySQL. The error I receive is -1.

I can't start MySQL. The error I receive is -1.

Try to stop all the XAMPP services from the Task manager. Close the Control Center and then start it again or close all the applications and try to start MySQL again. There are some dependencies and MySQL needs exclusive access to ports and files. In this case, one of the files is locked and can't be used by MySQL.
