Can't install to play the game.

Downloaded the Eternia Last Chaos game, but an error appears when I try to open it: "Another instance of setup is already running" and I can't play the game. Can you help me?

The error refers to the fact that another process of the same file was started. To overcome the error, press CTRL + Shift + Escape to launch Task manager. Identify the process and terminate it or terminate both of them, then launch the setup using Administrator access and the installation should start normally.
