I installed ZipPerformer but I cannot find it in my Start menu, nor can I find it in the Control Panel. I can't run it and I can't uninstall it.

I installed ZipPerformer but I cannot find it in my Start menu, nor can I find it in the Control Panel. I can't run it and I can't uninstall it. Please help me do one or the other.

You can download the application from its official website or you can remove it using a 3rd party tool. Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
