Normally 3 leading digits (area code) out of 9 dialed digits are deleted when the call is directly routed to the desired office (sub route) where the call is terminated to a called party connected to that desired office. In the case that if the direct route (sub route) is busy or link fall down, the call is to be rerouted to a transit office as a second choice (sub route) with all 9 dialed digits sent to that second choice (sub route) transit office.

How we can perform sending all 9 dialed digits to the transit office of the second choice (sub route)?

To change or add router, you will have to log-in to the Administration area and change the order of the routes. After logging in with an Administrator user, the application will give you all the necessary tools to change the order as well as the settings for the calls you receive. Basically, you will have to either deactivate the sub-routes and make the transit office the next one or delete them and leave only the first route and the transit office one.
