This issue is caused by an OCX file. To fix it, go to Start > Run and type regsvr32 -u COMCTL32.OCX then access Google Search and download a new version and paste it in C:\Windows\system32 and run the following command in the Run box: regsvr32 COMCTL32.OCX. After this process, start the application again and it should work.
