Do you know how I can find a driver for Windows 7?

I've just upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7, but the above wireless adapter driver is not recognized. Do you know how can I find a driver for Windows 7? Can't seem to find it on the producer's website.

It seems that the developers of the software haven't released a version that is compatible with Windows 7.
