Can I use my mic on Virtual DJ? I can't see any option.

Yes, you can use a microphone on Virtual DJ. Launch the program, press enter image description here and then open the Audio menu. Press the Microphone button below Input and then press Apply:

Make sure that your audio drivers are updated and the microphone is connected in the correct jack of your computer.
