The FxPro - MetaTrader should automatically display 4 Forex charts when you launch the software. Also, you can add new charts from the File menu or by using the 
icon. If you click the green + icon, go to Forex and select a chart you want to use:
After that, from the Charts menu, you will be able to select the type of chart you want (line, bar, candlesticks), to select a refresh rate, to load a specific template, to zoom in/out or to change the properties (color, format):
