In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Sound tab, check your sound card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer web page. If the problem persists, download and install the latest version of DirectX and reinstall the game. Alternatively, you can check Software Informer database for another first-person-shooter war game.
