My security settings doesn't allow me to download this software.

My security settings doesn't allow me to download this software. Can you help?

Disable security settings then download. Make sure it is a trusted site.

First, go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall, press the Turn Windows Firewall on or off option from the left, check the Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended) boxes and click OK. Next, right-click on your security program icon from System Tray and temporarily disable the antivirus. After that, navigate to the official web page, enter your name and email address and click Download. After you install the software, you can enable your antivirus and Windows Firewall.
