I am not able to play videos in fullscreen. When I try to do so, it completely becomes blank. I can hear the audio only. What may be the problem? I tried re-installing the application but it doesn't work.
This is a problem with video acceleration. Try to update the drivers for your graphics card, as well as DirectX and install latest Adobe Flash Player plug-in.
