Unfortunately, you can't use HVAC Duct for duct calculation because it has been discontinued and it is no longer supported by its developer. I suggest you try Ductsize from Elite Software as an alternative solution. You can find all the necessary instructions in the user guide from the Help menu. If you're not satisfied by this product, you can check Software Informer database for other similar tools.
