Firstly, check the level of ink cartridges and paper jam. If there is enough ink and paper, I suggest you to reset the device. Turn off the printer, unplug the power supply cable and wait 5-10 minutes. After that, plug in the cable and press and hold the Stop button until the printer starts printing a test page.
