In order to fix the problem, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Keyboards list, right-click on the driver and press Uninstall. Also, un-plug all USB devices from your computer, expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the items and press again Uninstall. Reboot the computer, connect the keyboard to your PC and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager.
