RPG Maker problems.

For some reason, on my computer, RPG Maker 2000 behaves as if some of the directional keys (specifically Up and Right) were always pressed (eg. circulates endlessly through the menu). Pressing other directional keys stops that in the menu, but not in the game itself, and even then it does not respond on pressing the problematic keys (after pressing "Down", the cycling through the menu stops, but "Up" still doesn't work). I reinstalled it without success. My computer runs on Windows XP. What can I do?

In order to fix the problem, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Keyboards list, right-click on the driver and press Uninstall. Also, un-plug all USB devices from your computer, expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the items and press again Uninstall. Reboot the computer, connect the keyboard to your PC and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If the problem persists, use the form from the official web page to get in touch with the support team.
