My Samsung Wave GT-S8500 (firmware DXJL3) has a problem.

My Samsung Wave GT-S8500 (firmware DXJL3) has a problem:

  1. Restarts itself,
  2. Bootlooping.
  3. When I use command #49862650468# : HW VERSION and RF CAL DATE says: not active

Please help me to solve above problem.

Connect the phone to Kies and use Emergency Recovery and let the process finish. It should restart the phone to an operable state. If you still encounter errors, take the phone to a phone repair shop.
