Working without Internet connection.

I'm using SmartDraw 2010 software. If I click the engineering diagrams, then it doesn't load (it shows error like unable to download) every time I work with the Internet connection. I want to work without Internet connection. Is there any possibility to work without Internet connection?

Apparently, the software requires the presence of the Internet Connection in order to work properly. I have found this information on the official website of the developer.
