Nokia Suite doesn't support my device.

I have Nokia 3110 device and I have some problems. When I connect the phone to my PC through the data cable and I select Nokia mode, I receive the following message: Ovi Suite/PC Suite does not support the connected phone. Ovi Suite/PC Suite settings file is missing from the phone. Switch off the phone, switch it on and try again. I tried everything I can to connect the device. I already have PC Suite on my computer. Can you help?

Your handset is not supported by nokia suite. try non nokia softwares instead.

In order to fix the problem, I recommend you download and install the latest version of Nokia Suite from the official web page. As you can see on Microsoft website, your device is fully supported by this latest version. If you have problems, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and press Uninstall. Reboot the computer, connect your phone to your PC using the USB cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager.
