I need to redownload this driver and others but the Dell Download Manager does not work. Is there any way to help me?
You can use the manual way. Dell offers a possibility to download the drivers individually from Dell Support. Visit Dell Support and identify your laptop then navigate to Downloads and download the drivers one by one.
Contact Dell support, supposedly they are interested in customer feedback, especially to report broken issues on their website.
