I used the EZ Vinyl Tape recorder/mixmaster to convert LP. It downloaded the songs to iTunes. But it recorded all songs in 1 file, not by the individual songs. The software window lets me put in the album title and the performer name, but it is no place to put down the individual songs title. When I recorded the 1st side, I could hear the music throught the speakers, but when I continue to record the other side, I could not hear the music. Also how can I burn several recorded LP-s to CD at once? Because we can put more LP-s on 1cd, the 2side of LP is about 20minutes and the CD can hold 80minutes of music.

You have chosen to split the tracks manually, and without doing it, the software still recorders the LP to 1 track. There is an option using the wizard called Automatically split tracks. Enable the option and the tracks will be split automatically. You can do the same for the cassette as well. To burn multiple files, firstly, save those recorded files to the PC and then use your favorite burning application to transfer the files to CD.
