Problem opening the program.

When trying to open the program it began getting slow and then nothing happens. What can I do?

The application works only if the receipt printer, cash drawer and credit card reader are connected to your PC. If these devices are connected and the software is not opening, remove it from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again. This should fix it.
