The program is not working.

When I'm using the program, I'm receiving a "Not Responding" message. Can you help?

In order to fix this issue, open the application, press Ctrl+K key combination and select the General option. Un-check the Enable Protected Mode at startup box, click Yes and close the utility. If it doesn't help, remove the program from your computer using Add or Remove Programs feature and download and install the latest version from the official web page. Click the Install Now button, save the file to your computer and install it following the provided steps.
