I can't open MySolutions Touchlink. Can you help?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Also, navigate to Microsoft Download Center and download and install .NET Framework 2.0. If the problem persists, use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the developer.
