To overcome this issue, open Uniblue and access its exclusion list then add the installation folder of Watchtower 2009 or add its executable file. By doing this you tell the program to exclude it from the scanning operation. This is probably a fake threat, but Uniblue considered as an active infection. Access the Uniblue quarantine section (if it has one) and restore the file to its original location.
