In order to fix this issue, you need to install the latest webcam drivers. You can install them from the webcam CD provided by the developer, or if you don't have the CD, you will need to get in touch with SigmaChip and ask for the driver. Alternatively, you can let Windows install the driver automatically. Right-click on the Computer icon, click Manage and select Device Manager. Right-click the webcam driver and press Uninstall. After that, restart the computer, plug in the webcam using the USB cable and click Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows should automatically find and install the drivers. Also, in order to use the webcam on your computer, you will need a webcam capture utility.
