The application doesn't allow you to change the format of the forms. It is using .fm documents that can be easily emailed using your default online email service or a service installed on your computer. If you're using Microsoft Office Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, AOL desktop or other similar applications, open the E-Z software and from the File menu select Send Mail:
The form will be automatically attached to a new message that can be send to someone else. However, in order to open the document, the receiver will need to download and install the E-Z program.
