You need to follow the information presented on the Dell website to see exactly how to create a backup for the system partition. Visit the Support page then read the instructions according to the operating system installed on your computer. Secondly, make sure the software is installed and it's running properly. Check the Services menu (Start > Run > services.msc) and locate the Dell Backup service (in case it exists!). Right click it and choose Start then repeat the backup procedure.
