I am unable to install this cam software. It is showing up the following message: "No VGA hardware compatibility".

This means that your graphic card is not powerful enough to render all the features the application is offering. In this case, try upgrading your video a card with more processing power. You can look on Amazon, Ebay, BestBuy, and NewEgg for a compatible card.
