I receive a dialog box when I try to use this application.

Question

I have been using Phone Tools version 2.19 with a USR 56K professional mode. For some time I was able to fax documents from Microsoft Word. All was working extremely well apart from now and then when I select "Capture Fax BVRP" from the print dialogue box and nothing happens. To make it work I have to reboot the computer which is really frustrating. Any Suggestions?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Make sure to check for additional update related to the application because this is a problem related to the software's functionality.
