I have been working with PrintCenter DVD & CD-Labels from 2002 and indeed it is a very user friendly program. I used to print the covers and inlays on my HP Printer, which unfortunately has broken down. Now I try to use my wife's printer which is in our home network (a HP Photosmart Premium C309P-M printer working with Vista). It doesn't allow me to print inlays and covers made with the PrintCenter software. I can print a Word Document from my computer on this printer. Our computers and the new printer work under Vista. Can you help me? I love this software and I want to be able to use it in the future. Are there any updates for it? By the way, I'm a very enthusiast user of the Magix Video and Photo software too.

Unfortunately, this problem may occur due to the compatibility problems between your Windows Vista computer and PrintCenter DVD & CD-Labels software. The application has been designed to work only with Windows XP and below platforms and there is no update available for Windows Vista. Also, the application seems to be discontinued and no longer supported. In order to fix the problems, I recommend you try running the utility using Windows Vista Compatibility Mode. If this doesn't help, I recommend you contact HP and ask if your printer supports to print covers and inlays because there is no information regarding this query. Alternatively, you can try using another similar program from Software Informer database.
