How can I cut an unwanted part from a particular movie?

Windows Media Player does not have editing possibilities. You need to use Windows Movie Maker if you want to modify video files. Movie Maker can be accessed from the Accessories in Start menu. If you can't find it there, you might need to download it.

You can first download the movie to your computer. Then use a video cutter from Joyoshare or other platforms to process and cut your unwanted part. From my experience, there is no quality damage and loss, also the speed is fast. I can merge the left segments together and output easily.
