I am frequently disconnecting from GO-Global Client.

We are using GO-Global Client software over VPN but it is frequently disconnecting. Is there any solution for this problem?

The disconnection issues could be caused by various reasons. For example, make sure that the port used by the VPN is configured correctly. If you use a router to connect, access the Administration area on your router and make sure that in the Firewall sections VPN Passthrough is checked. Alternatively, you are requesting many packages at once and the VPN server detects it as flood or is protected against throttling.
