There is no official patch that could increase the compatibility to Windows 7. It is known that the game has problems running in this version of Windows. Unfortunately, the developers didn't released a working patch but there is an unofficial one you can use to increase the compatibility. For this purpose, you will need to download a custom patch through Google. The fixes are located on Steam forums.
