You can't make address labels anymore either because some of Microsoft Office files are corrupted or the software is not correctly configured. In order to fix the problem, I suggest you remove the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and then install it again. If the problem persists, you will need to contact Microsoft Support Center.
