The application already contains the tweaks you need to apply to your network devices, configuration, or drivers. It's not guaranteed you will have an increase in browsing or downloading speed, but you can apply them anyway. The best it can do is increase the Internet connections limit which is also called a TCP patch. Use the functions from the application, and apply the available patches.
