I can't make a full report in Hellabio Scan software after finishing the analyzing and fraction process. The Hellabio reports file does not exist as mentioned in the manual and I couldn't find by Netscape the .html report file. What can I do?
In order to fix the issue, I suggest you download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 and then the updated version of Hellabio Scan. Once the installation process is complete, start again the analyzing and fraction process and try to open the reporting file following the instructions from the manual. If you still have issues, contact the developer using the form from the official website.
