Troubles with Internet Explorer 9

When I open Internet Explorer 9 a flare up light appears on the screen of my PC. How to eliminate that? Can you help me?

This is caused by some of the add-ons installed. To fix it, open Internet Explorer then go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and use both of the Reset options to restore the browser to its default state.
