You can use Nero Cleaning Tool to clean up problematic Nero installations from your computer. This tool is available exclusively from Nero website. If you still encounter errors, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
Once the process is finished, run a cleaning session with CCleaner
