When I uninstall old version of TM antivirus I lose my online connection to Net Zero. Restoring brings connection back but only together with TrendMicro Antivirus.
For older versions of Trend Micro Antivirus you need to use Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit available on the support page of Trend Micro website. Download the tool and follow the instructions on the website. Start the application then go to Uninstall tab and click on the Uninstall software.
