Printer wants to print receipt.

Question

I have QuickBook Cash Register Plus 2009 version & I have a Star vTSP 100 printer & every time I try to print something it pops up gift certificate & wants to print the receipt.

This could happen when there are other files in the queue. Go the Control Panel > Hardware and sound > Printers and double click the Printer. This should open the Print Queue. Select all the files and then delete all of them. Additionally, right click the printer and select Properties. Restore the settings to defaults and re-launch the applications then print something.
