In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update the program to the latest version. If this doesn't help, uninstall the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner and download and install it again using the key number received when you purchased it. Also, make sure that your computer runs Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6, Windows 2000 Professional with Service Pack 2, or Windows XP, because the application is not compatible with the latest Windows platforms.
