I recently downloaded Spy Sweeper for MSN. The icon is on my desktop but it does not open up when I click on it.

I recently downloaded Spy Sweeper for MSN. The icon is on my desktop but it does not open up when I click on it.

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again and make sure to run the installation as Administrator. This should fix it.
