First, navigate to HP Support page, identify your notebook model, select your operating system and download and install the Bluetooth files. After that, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Bluetooth Devices, click Add and follow the on-screen instructions. If it is not enabled automatically, navigate to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center, click Change adapter settings, right-click on the Bluetooth Network Connection and select Enable.
