Problems with my screensavers

I was entering the numbers sent to me many many times, but I was receiving an error. I have paid for 20 screensavers. Can you help?

In order to fix the problems, remove the screensavers from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install them again. If the issue persists, the installation packages may be corrupted. In this case, I recommend that you contact the developers and request new installers.
