First you need to unlock the folders or files that have been locked/encrypted because if you uninstall before doing this operation, the content will be lost. The application will not recognize them after reinstallation. Unlock the files and folders then use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
